Bee-ing kind to the eco-system
Once again, we’re delivering used pallets to Hipperholme Grammar School for their Bee Housing project. Students are making insect-friendly boxes, which are vital in order to support a diverse eco-system.
Without bees, crops would not be pollinated and our food chain would collapse and with colonies at risk from pesticides and predators, the wooden homes provide important shelter.
