Progress on our Thurgoland development
We’ve been on site at Huthwaite Lane for two months now and we’re making great progress on our exclusive homes. Our construction team have the access roads and some of the infrastructure in place and Plot 1 already has the foundations underway. Our first home will be ready by early Spring 2018, with remaining plots available shortly afterwards.
It’s very exciting to see the properties taking shape, it won’t be long before we’re able to take reservations. We’ve specified the highest quality of fixtures and fittings, paying attention to the smallest details. Buyers can expect to be delighted with the interiors and no less so with the location. Situated in beautiful countryside, yet within reach of Sheffield and surrounding villages, we anticipate a great deal of interest from prospective buyers.
